Role Summary:

As a Product Senior Quality Assurance (QA), you will help ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of internal products. You will work closely with Product Owners/Managers, Product Business Analysts, Engineering, Risk, Integration, and other stakeholders to validate requirements, execute testing, support certifications, and ensure products meet business, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Product Owners and Product Managers in daily work to make sure of product stability in all environments.
• Collaborating with Risk and Integration team if there is any issue in production.
• Collaborate with PBA to ensure test scenarios align with business requirements; validate outcomes with stakeholders.
• Provide product User guide to share with TestLabs for certification.
• Provide test cases for Slot game and anything related to game.
• Provide report on the incident related to Slot.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in testing Slot games specifically.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced technical skills, excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and paying close attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
