Business Analyst

Role overview:
The Business Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights, performance analysis, and structured reporting to support decision-making across Live Casino operations. The role focuses on analysing studio performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to key stakeholders, including the Director of Live Games Operations and Partner Studio Operations Manager. In addition, the Business Analyst is responsible for compiling and maintaining key operational documentation, ensuring alignment with SOPs, version control standards, and certification requirements. While supporting testing activities where required, the primary focus of the role is to act as the analytical and governance backbone of the Strategy unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Produce monthly studio performance reports covering:
Operational performance.
Incident trends.
Game Presenter-related insights (where relevant).
Studio comparisons.
Provide clear, structured recommendations based on findings.
Present insights to:
Director of Live Games Operations.
Partner Studio Operations Manager.
Internal Strategy stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse data across:
Studio performance.
Incident patterns.
Operational efficiency.
Player-related trends (where available).
Identify:
Root causes recurring issues.
Performance gaps.
Improvement opportunities.
Dashboard Development & Maintenance
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to provide visibility on:
Key operational KPIs.
Studio-level performance.
Trends over time.
Ensure dashboards are:
Accurate.
User-friendly.
Aligned with business needs.
Documentation & Certification Support
Compile and maintain documentation related to:
New dealer clients.
Operational flows.
Incident handling and settlement procedures.
Ensure documentation:
Follows structured version control and history tracking.
It is aligned with approved SOPs.
Supports certification and audit requirements.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure documentation is:
Accurate.
Up to date.
Consistently applied across operations.
Recommendations & Continuous Improvement:
• Translate data into actionable recommendations.
Support stakeholders in understanding:
Key risks.
Performance gaps.
Areas for optimisation.
Track impact of implemented improvements where possible.
Testing Support
Support testing activities when required, including:
New dealer clients.
Platform releases.
Product updates.
Provide structured feedback based on testing outcomes.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Quality and clarity of performance reports.
Accuracy and usability of dashboards.
Relevance and impact of recommendations.
Completeness and audit-readiness of documentation.
Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of insights.
Required Skills & Expereince
Essential:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with data, reporting, and dashboards.
Ability to translate data into clear insights.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Desirable:
Experience in live operations or similar environments.
Familiarity with reporting or BI tools.
Experience with SOP-driven or regulated environments.
Familiarity with AI tools for data analytics.
