Job Purpose

The Beauty Specialist is responsible for the execution of appearance, grooming, and uniform standards across all studios. This role ensures that individuals are visually prepared and aligned with defined standards, supporting a consistent and professional on-camera presence. The Beauty Specialist works closely with the Beauty Team Lead to apply frameworks and support the delivery of high-quality appearance standards in live environments.

Key Responsibilities

Appearance & Grooming Execution

Apply and support grooming standards including:

• Hair styling.

• Makeup application.

• General appearance preparation.

Ensure individuals are:

• Visually consistent with defined standards.

• Camera-ready for the live environments.

Uniform Presentation

Support the correct use and presentation of uniforms, including:

• Proper fit and styling.

• Coordination with hair, makeup, and accessories,

• Adherence to game-specific or themed requirements.

• Ensure uniform standards are consistently applied across all studios.

Standards Application

Follow and apply:

• Beauty frameworks.

• Handbooks and guidelines.

• Instructions from the Beauty Team Lead.

Training & Workshop Support

• Support delivery of beauty workshops where required.

• Assist in preparing individuals for training sessions and live readiness.

• Reinforce standards during onboarding and ongoing development activities.

Quality & Feedback

Observe and identify:

· Gaps in appearance standards.

· Areas requiring improvement.

• Provide feedback to the Beauty Team Lead.

• Support continuous improvement of standards in practice.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Consistency of grooming and appearance standards.

• Correct and consistent uniform presentation.

• Readiness of individuals for live environments.

• Feedback from Monitoring and Operations.

• Reduction in appearance-related deviations.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Experience in beauty, grooming, or styling.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

• Good communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in studio, TV, or live environments.

• Experience with uniforms or wardrobe coordination.

• Exposure to structured or SOP-driven environments.
