As a Mandarin Table Announcer, you will be the face of our live casino tables, creating an engaging and interactive environment for players. You will host live card games, communicate with players in Mandarin, and contribute to a professional, entertaining, and seamless gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Host and announce live casino card games in Mandarin to online players.

• Deliver a professional, engaging, and entertaining gaming experience for players.

• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism during live broadcasts.

• Interact with players and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

• Participate in promotional activities, studio campaigns, and company events.

• Report technical issues, incidents, or unusual activities to the Pit Boss team.

• Maintain gaming tables and immediate work areas according to studio standards.

• Perform quality control procedures in line with departmental requirements

• Continuously develop product knowledge and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin language skills are essential. 

• Conversational English proficiency (B1 level or above). 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

• Comfortable working in front of cameras and live audiences

• Ability to remain professional and composed in a live studio environment

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, entertainment, broadcasting, or gaming is considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with online casino games and player interaction would be beneficial.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

工作內容

• 以中文主持真人娛樂卡牌遊戲直播。

• 為線上玩家提供專業、有趣且具互動性的遊戲體驗。

• 在直播過程中維持高度專業的形象與表現。

• 與玩家互動交流，營造友善且愉快的遊戲氛圍。

• 參與公司宣傳活動、攝影棚企劃及企業活動。

• 向 Pit Boss（監場主管）團隊回報技術問題、異常事件或特殊情況。

• 依照攝影棚標準維護遊戲桌面及工作區域整潔。

• 執行部門要求的品質控管流程。

• 持續提升產品知識與主持表達能力。

應徵條件

• 中文流利（母語程度）。

• 英文具基本溝通能力（B1 等級以上）。

• 具備優秀的溝通及人際互動能力。

• 積極正向且具服務導向思維。

• 不害怕面對鏡頭及現場觀眾。

• 能在直播攝影棚環境中保持專業與穩定表現。

• 具飯店、客服、娛樂、廣播媒體、直播或遊戲產業相關經驗者佳。

• 對線上真人娛樂遊戲有基本了解，並熟悉玩家互動模式者優先考慮。
