Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of studio projects, from setup to decommissioning, as well as the business-as-usual activities of the teams, in a fast-paced online casino environment. You will coordinate with studio technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure that AV technology and infrastructure are procured, installed, and dismantled efficiently while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with internal teams to plan and oversee the delivery of studio projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with Studio Technicians to ensure AV equipment is procured, installed, disassembled, and stored per project requirements.
Assist in the assignment of tasks to studio technicians, optimizing resource allocation across multiple projects.
Liaise with production, engineering, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure all studio setups meet technical and operational standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or technical failures.
Continuously evaluate workflows and propose efficiency improvements for studio operations.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in service/project delivery.
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively within a technical team.
Basic understanding of and experience in AV equipment, studio infrastructure, and broadcasting technology is considered an asset.
Quick decision-making skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving studio environments.
Familiarity with health & safety standards is a plus.
