Live Casino Scheduling Officer
Role Summary
As a Live Casino Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of live dealer games in a studio environment. Collaborating with other floor operations teams, your main responsibility will be to manage schedules and rotations for dealers and support staff to maintain seamless 24/7 casino operations, while ensuring compliance with all anti-collusion regulations. You will play a crucial role in guaranteeing that all table games and workstations operate continuously, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, or as necessitated by the company’s operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage rotation schedules for tables and workstations for every shift for all Floor Operations and Service Teams, ensuring equitable distribution while adhering to anti-collusion regulations.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with Team Managers and Floor Operations Teams, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding schedule changes, emergencies and replacements.
Assess and address the impact of any modifications to table or workstation rotations during the shift, resolving conflicts in a collaborative manner; identify and arrange for replacements as required.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of shifts, breaks, and working hours, and forecast staffing needs based on data analytics and trends.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed to management.
Complete any additional duties as requested by the company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Proficiency and experience in workforce planning or scheduling. Previous experience in a live casino or iGaming company is a strong asset.
Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills for scheduling and reporting purposes to enable creation, management, and adjustment of complex shift schedules.
Skill and efficiency in multitasking and quick-thinking when addressing unexpected situations, changes or emergencies such as sick leaves and no-shows.
Understanding of labor laws, shift regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work on a 24/7 basis, including night shifts.
Strong interpersonal skills to resolve scheduling conflicts and handle staff concerns diplomatically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise reporting and liaising between different teams.
Ability to effectively communicate with dealers, supervisors, and other departments.
