Game Support Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain green screen setups and branding visuals for game show and online casino environments.
• Perform routine checks on online streams to ensure branding accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Support incident settlement processes in line with Asia Settlement SOPs.
• Document operational or visual issues and assist with corrective actions to improve show quality.
• Conduct regular health checks on PCs, studio equipment, and network/server room hardware used by game show and online casino systems.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software across studio production environments.
• Maintain inventories for studio hardware, software, and IP allocations.
• Assist in software updates and coordinate with senior engineers for deployment across studio systems.
• Escalate unresolved technical or production issues when necessary.
• Support daily studio operations and troubleshooting for both game show and online casino setups.
• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and provided timely reports to management.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in casino, game show operations, or related technical roles (junior candidates considered).
• 1+ year of experience operating or supporting streaming setups and streaming software.
• Strong interest or background in QA, compliance, technical support, or studio production.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to follow procedures and adapt to new technologies or game show workflows.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse studio environment.
• Flexible with shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills (ping, telnet, system error analysis).
• Proactive, solution-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in game show and online casino production environments.
• Strong foundational PC knowledge.
