Junior Graphic Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support Eeze’s branding, marketing, and content initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about visual storytelling, eager to develop their skills, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets across digital and print channels, supporting brand-aligned campaigns, and collaborating closely with marketing, social media, and video teams. The role offers hands-on exposure to multimedia content production, event marketing, and the use of AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and design workflows.
This position is well suited to someone with a strong foundation in graphic design principles, an eye for detail, and an interest in the gaming or tech space, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic and innovative organisation.
Role & Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding
Create visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website graphics, presentations, and promotional items.
Support the development of brand-aligned creatives in line with Eeze’s visual identity.
Assist in producing design layouts for internal and external campaigns.
Content Production
Design and edit imagery, thumbnails, and basic animations for marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to support multimedia content production.
Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output.
Marketing Support
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to provide engaging visuals for ongoing campaigns.
Support event-related design needs such as banners, roll-ups, brochures, and booth materials.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for new initiatives.
AI & Digital Tools
Utilise AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for ideation and content enhancement.
Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and techniques.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work with cross-functional teams including HR, Commercial, and Studio Operations to fulfill design requests.
Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure consistent design standards across all materials.
Support the preparation of monthly creative reports and project updates.
Required Skills
Required core skills
1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field (internships and academic projects are welcome).
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Basic understanding of motion design.
Strong knowledge of layout design, colour theory, and typography.
Basic video editing skills are a plus (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, daVinci).
Strong attention to detail and good visual judgement.
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the gaming or tech industry.
Knowledge of live casino environment and games.
Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
