Social Media Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and industry-savvy Social Media Manager with proven experience in the iGaming sector. You will be responsible for managing our brand’s presence across social platforms, driving player engagement, increasing retention, and supporting acquisition goals through impactful content and campaigns. This role collaborates closely with Internal Communications and HR to deliver people-focused content and strengthen our company culture online.
Role & Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to our audience.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn,).
Build and maintain the brand’s online identity with consistent tone and theme.
Content Creation & Management
Working with the design team to produce visually appealing posts, reels, videos, livestream content, and promotional materials.
Align social content with acquisition, retention, product launches, and campaign needs.
Work closely with Internal Communications and HR teams to create people-related content, including Culture stories, Employee spotlights, Office updates, Recruitment campaigns, Employer branding initiatives, Diversity, wellbeing, and event coverage.
Campaign Management
Deliver organic and paid social campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and engagement KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, retention, and community sentiment.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Monitor competitor trends and broader market movements.
Compliance & Responsible Gaming
Ensure all content adheres to gaming and company regulations, advertising standards, and responsible gaming guidelines.
Work with compliance teams to ensure promotions and communications are approved and accurate.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
3–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to craft effective prompts.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proven ability to produce content for diverse regions (UK, EU, LATAM, Asia,).
Experience collaborating with HR and Internal Communications.
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time marketing environments
