Product Business Analyst
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Business Analyst to support commercial-driven product initiatives by analysing business needs, defining product requirements, and enabling effective campaign execution.
This role focuses on bridging commercial objectives and product capabilities, ensuring product features are used effectively to support campaigns, promotions, and market-specific initiatives. The position combines analytical thinking, business understanding, and hands-on involvement in campaign-related product execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Business Requirement Analysis
Work closely with commercial stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, market needs, and client requirements.
Translate commercial and operational needs into clear, structured products and functional requirements.
Support initiative prioritization based on commercial impact, feasibility, and resource considerations.
Campaign & Promotion Enablement
Support the design, configuration, and execution of product-driven campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Ensure product features are applied effectively to achieve campaign and engagement goals.
Help define reusable campaign frameworks and best practices to improve execution efficiency.
Performance & Insight Generation
Analyse campaign and product performance using defined KPIs and metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future commercial initiatives and product usage.
Delivery & Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with product, operational, and technical stakeholders to support campaign-related initiatives.
Assist in requirement clarification, testing support, and rollout coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
Process & Documentation
Maintain clear documentation of commercial requirements, campaign workflows, and product usage guidelines.
Contribute to improving processes related to commercial and campaign-driven product initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst, product analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience in analysing commercial or campaign-related requirements and translating them into product solutions.
Solid analytical skills with experience working with campaign or product performance data.
Strong stakeholder communication skills, especially with commercial or client-facing teams.
Comfortable working across analysis, coordination, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in iGaming, online gaming, or other live-operated digital products.
Familiarity with promotional mechanics, engagement features, or campaign-based initiatives.
Experience supporting commercial, sales, or account management teams.
Understanding of product delivery lifecycles and requirement documentation.
