Role & Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Studio Interior Designer to join our Live Casino production team. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling studio environments that elevate the player experience and reflect our brand identity. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside Studio Operations, Product, and Creative teams to translate creative concepts into functional, premium-quality studio spaces—from initial ideas and mood boards to 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and on-site implementation.

This role requires strong creative ability, technical precision, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

Studio & Environment Design

• Develop high-quality interior concepts for Live Casino studios, including gaming floor layouts, gaming tables, backdrop panels, lighting setups, and themed environments for card games and game shows.

• Create 3D models and photorealistic renders using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.

• Prepare mood boards, style guides, and visual presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Ensure the final visual identity aligns with brand guidelines and supports the intended user experience across different game types.

Technical Documentation

• Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, elevations, and material specifications using AutoCAD

• Translate conceptual designs into clear and executable technical documentation for internal teams, contractors, and fabricators.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with project managers, production teams, and external suppliers to ensure design feasibility, material accuracy, and timely execution.

• Participate in on-site inspections and provide design guidance during fabrication, installation, and final setup.

• Follow or contribute to company standards, guidelines, and studio build workflows.

• Ensure smooth collaboration with 3D designers, lighting specialists, and studio operations to maintain visual consistency.

Quality & Innovation

• Source and evaluate materials, textures, finishes, and furnishings appropriate for Live Casino environments.

• Stay informed about trends, technologies, lighting solutions, and best practices in casino design, broadcast studios, and entertainment environments.

• Proactively identify design improvements, workflow optimizations, and innovative solutions that enhance visual quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong portfolio showcasing interior design work, ideally within live casino, broadcast studios, gaming, entertainment, or similar environments.

• Solid understanding of spatial design, lighting principles, color theory, and brand-driven theming.

• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in Live Casino, broadcast studio, gaming industry design, or themed entertainment.

• Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, lighting systems, and production workflows.

• Experience collaborating with contractors, architects, and fabrication teams.

• Knowledge of sustainable materials, acoustic treatments, and ergonomic design principles.
