Integration Lead (Chinese Speaking)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Integration Lead to oversee and coordinate customer integration workflows. This role ensures that every stage of the integration process progresses on schedule, while also identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall integration experience. Although project follow-up is part of the job, it represents only a small portion of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage the end-to-end integration progress for customer websites, ensuring all milestones are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain smooth communication throughout the integration
• Review integration workflows and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and clarity
• Handle a small portion of project follow-up tasks to ensure alignment between integration activities and overall project goals
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in integration coordination, account management, or technical project coordination
Strong understanding of web or API integration processes, with the ability to discuss technical requirements at a high level
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple integration cases at different stages
Experience in the iGaming, live casino, or SaaS industries
