Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Live Casino Games Teams, responsible for driving the vision, development, and delivery of our core Live Casino products — including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and Game Shows. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, Studio, Design, QA, Compliance, and Product Leadership) to ensure that each game meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and player engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision for your assigned game or product, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and strategy.
- Align the product roadmap with business priorities, player needs, and studio capabilities.
- Take ownership of the strategic direction for your game team and identify market opportunities to enhance performance and differentiation.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, including creating, organizing, and refining user stories, technical tasks, and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders (Product Management, Studio, QA, Compliance, Commercial, and Design) to gather input and feedback.
- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the development process.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, considering dependencies, certification requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and manage risks that could impact delivery, quality, or compliance.
- Proactively address issues to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic goals.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional members to deliver seamless Live Casino experiences.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure the product meets quality, stability, and compliance standards before release.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior in the Live Casino industry.
- Ensure that all products comply with industry regulations and jurisdictional requirements (e.g., MGA, Isle of Man, Brazil).
- Actively seek opportunities to optimize workflows, improve processes, and enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
- Experience working in Live Casino game development or online gaming is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional development teams (design, engineering, QA, studio operations).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Solid technical understanding of software/game development processes.
- Excellent documentation and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in gaming or gambling products is preferable.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with strong attention to detail and ownership.
