Job Summary

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the product/technology teams. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions within the online gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders (Product, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Risk, Customer Support).

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Work closely with UX/UI, QA, and Developers to ensure smooth delivery of features and projects.

• Support product backlog management, including prioritization and grooming.

• Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, customer behaviours, and product performance improvements.

• Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met.

• Assist in regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., MGA, IOM and other jurisdictions, responsible gaming requirements).

• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in iGaming, Fintech, or other highly regulated industries.

• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile/Scrum practices.

• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or similar tools).

• Understanding of online gaming platforms (Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, CRM) is an asset.
