Studio Technician

Role & Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and support of cameras, lenses, microphones, scanners, filters, lights, and other live studio equipment.
Maintaining of the audio and video equipment.
Maintaining of live casino tables and equipment.
Maintenance of Gaming equipment (roulette wheels, money-wheels, shuffle machines, etc).
Act promptly on any technical issues that happen in the production studio.
Log all tasks and hours worked in a ticketing system, while keeping detailed notes regarding current issues.
Maintain and support all game stations in the studio to ensure that any installed. software and configurations are according to the studio policy.
Ensure the proper functioning of all studio equipment to enable the least possible downtime.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties that might be required from time to time, according to business needs.
Follow procedures and processes from documentation.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of IT equipment and hardware.
Experience with Audio/Video components is a significant asset.
Comfortable working variable shifts.
Performing quality control functions as per departmental standard.
Ideally you will have experience in the gaming or tech industry.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills for clear, concise reporting and liaising between different teams.
