Reward & Benefits Analyst
Role Summary:
Eeze is seeking Reward & Benefits Analyst, reporting directly to the Head of Reward & HR, who will be accountable for delivering data-driven insights and supporting the design, delivery, and optimisation of compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
As part of the Global HR Team, you will contribute to supporting a high-performing, scalable, and progressive people function that supports the growth and culture of the business across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews and benchmarking
- Conducting regular analysis of internal and external compensation data to provide insights and recommendations
- Maintaining and updating salary and benefits benchmarking tools and frameworks
- Preparing and presenting dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and HR business partners
- Managing and reviewing benefits administration processes across regions, including renewals and vendor management support
- Ensuring data accuracy across reward-related systems and reports (e.g., headcount, cost forecasting, comp ratio analysis)
- Supporting the development and communication of reward policies, total reward statements, and employee-facing materials
- Assisting with job evaluation and salary banding alignment across functions
- Monitoring external market trends and providing input to ensure reward and benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant
- Supporting audits and compliance checks related to pay, benefits, and equity
- Contributing to wider reward and people analytics projects as required
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a reward, compensation, HR analytics, or benefits role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience working with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g. Korn Ferry, Mercer, Comptryx, or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and present complex data clearly
- Familiarity with job levelling, pay frameworks, and salary structures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors
- Experience working with HRIS and data platforms
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting compensation cycles in a multinational or high-growth company
- Knowledge of equity plans, global mobility, or pay transparency legislation
- Familiarity with benefit offerings across the UK
- Experience in the tech, digital, or gaming industry
