- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements across all regulated markets (e.g., MGA, Isle of Man, Curacao, PAGCOR, other EU jurisdictions).
- Oversee market entry compliance: licensing submissions, certifications, renewals, and regulatory notifications.
- Interpret evolving regulations and provide guidance on their impact on business strategy, operations, and product delivery.
- Liaise with regulators, test labs, and certification bodies, serving as the company’s primary regulatory contact point.
- Monitor global regulatory developments and provide horizon scanning to the Legal and Compliance Director.
2. Technical, Product & Studio Compliance
- Lead compliance for Live Casino, RNG, PAM platforms, studios, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure alignment with technical standards (GLI, ISO 2700 etc.).
- Implement change-management and release-management processes that meet regulatory and technical requirements.
- Partner with product, technology, and studio operations to embed compliance by design into new products, features, and integrations.
- Oversee compliance controls in studio operations.
3. Internal Compliance Management
- Develop and enforce compliance policies, SOPs, and procedures across technical, product, and studio operations, in collaboration with the Governance Department and in alignment with the Legal and Compliance Director.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews, certification checks, and readiness assessments.
- Coordinate and support responses to audits, inspections, and regulator queries.
- Maintain compliance documentation repositories (policies, audit logs, certifications, submissions).
4. Training & Stakeholder Engagement
- Mentor a high-performing compliance team covering regulatory, technical, and operational compliance.
- Deliver tailored compliance training for engineering, product, studio, and operational teams.
- Foster a culture of proactive compliance, ensuring awareness and accountability across the organisation.
- Engage cross-functionally with technology, product, legal, studio, and commercial teams to align compliance with innovation and growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 6 years in iGaming compliance, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a B2B environment. Direct experience in Live Casino operations will be considered a strong advantage.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of international iGaming frameworks (MGA, PAGCOR, EU jurisdictions), certification processes, and licensing requirements.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GLI standards, ISO frameworks (27001, 22301), platform security, and change management.
- Domain Insight: Deep understanding of Live Casino operations, RNG, PAMs, platform integrations and live casino studio environments.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong team-building, stakeholder management, training and negotiation skills demonstrated in cross-functional environments
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance regulatory obligations with enabling innovation and market competitiveness.
