Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties.
• Assist in accounts payables and accounts receivables as required.
• Assisting in the payment processing.
• Assisting in the bank relationships and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Managing bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Responsible of the revenue cycle.
• Responsible of the intercompany recharging.
• Responsible in the upkeep of the fixed assets register.
• Responsible VAT return preparation and submission.
• Responsible in the preparation of month-end reporting and management accounts.
• Assist in the budgeting process and on-going monitoring.
• Assist in yearly audit procedures.
• Assist the rest of the finance team as required.
• Other Ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Experience in similar role.
• In possession of Diploma in Accounting or is in the process of completing an Accounting
• Qualification such as ACCA.
• Competency in Ms Office, especially MS Excel and accounting software.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Well organized, flexible and a team player.
• Willingness to learn on the job and manage their own processes.
