Finance Executive

Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting duties.
- Assist in accounts payables and accounts receivables as required.
- Assisting in the payment processing.
- Assisting in the bank relationships and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations.
- Responsible of the revenue cycle.
- Responsible of the intercompany recharging.
- Responsible in the upkeep of the fixed assets register.
- Responsible VAT return preparation and submission.
- Responsible in the preparation of month-end reporting and management accounts.
- Assist in the budgeting process and on-going monitoring.
- Assist in yearly audit procedures.
- Assist the rest of the finance team as required.
- Other Ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in similar role.
- In possession of Diploma in Accounting or is in the process of completing an Accounting
- Qualification such as ACCA.
- Competency in Ms Office, especially MS Excel and accounting software.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Well organized, flexible and a team player.
- Willingness to learn on the job and manage their own processes.
