Team Manager
As the Team Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for the team, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure optimal performance. You will work closely with the Service Manager Lead and Senior Trainer to uphold company policies, implement best practices, and enhance the overall player experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate the Game Presenter Managers Team to achieve performance targets and maintain operational excellence.
- Set clear objectives and define roles and responsibilities for team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development plans.
- Monitor team performance, address concerns proactively, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and workload distribution to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Service Team to improve workflows, implement new procedures, and enhance service quality.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and the team, ensuring effective communication and timely task execution.
- Generate reports on team performance, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees while providing coaching to underperforming team members.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects to improve overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the online gambling or casino industry.
- Strong knowledge of casino games, studio operations, and gaming industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Confluence, and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic industry demands.
