Responsibilities

• Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio, streamed to players.
• Always maintain the highest professional standards.
• Participate in table promotions and internal/external media campaigns.
• Interact with and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players.
• Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to maintain proficiency.
• Report any incidents or unusual activities to the PIT BOSS, including issues in gaming areas, colleagues, tables, and chats.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required according to the company's needs.
• Maintain and clean immediate work area, adhering to departmental uniform standards.
• Perform quality control functions as per departmental standards.

Requirements

• No previous experience required. We are looking for personality that would fit into our company culture, skills we can train ourselves in our in-house Academy.
• Fluent level of Korean language.
• Conversational level of English. (B1 and above)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• We are looking for a team player, who can adapt to a multicultural environment.

주요 업무

• 라이브 스튜디오에서 다양한 카지노 게임을 진행 및 딜링하고, 이를 실시간으로 플레이어에게 스트리밍

• 항상 최고의 전문성을 유지

• 테이블 프로모션 및 내/외부 미디어 캠페인에 참여

• 라이브 플레이어와 상호작용하며 즐겁고 보람 있는 경험 제공

• 개인 기술 및 지식을 지속적으로 개발하여 숙련도 유지

• 게임 구역, 동료, 테이블, 채팅 등에서의 사고나 이상 활동은 PIT BOSS에게 보고

• 회사 필요에 따라 기타 요청 업무 수행

• 부서 복장 규정에 따라 작업 공간 정리 및 청소

• 부서 기준에 따른 품질 관리 업무 수행

자격 요건

• 이전 경력 불필요 – 회사 문화에 잘 맞는 인재를 찾고 있으며, 필요한 기술은 사내 아카데미에서 교육 제공

• 한국어 능통자

• 영어 회화 가능자 (B1 이상 수준)
